Exercise: Identify faults in a simulated switch and crossing scenario and prioritize repairs based on severity and operational requirements.
Day 3: Safety Assessments and Mitigation
Exercise: Conduct a safety assessment of a switch and crossing and develop a mitigation plan.
Day 4: Paperwork and Documentation
Exercise: Complete a sample inspection report, including measurements, observations, and action plans.
Day 5: Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
Exercise: Review a previous track patrol report and identify potential areas for improvement.
