This five-day course covers the main testing requirements associated with high voltage electrical systems, earth electrode systems and power transformers. It combines the principles of testing with practical testing procedures, safety requirements, interpretation of test results and appropriate remedial actions.

The course includes Electrical Pressure Testing, Earth Electrode Testing, and Transformer Design, Construction, Testing and Maintenance. Practical exercises, test examples and case studies will be used throughout the course to relate the testing methods to actual electrical installations and maintenance activities. 

At the end of the course, participants should be able to:
